Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to connect with our prospects, achieving meaningful conversations, and setting sales demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to connect with our prospects
- Achieve 10 meaningful conversations per day with our prospects
- Set a minimum of 5 sales demos per week
Requirements:
- Native German speaker
- At least 1+ years' experience in an outbound telesales/appointment setting role
- Midland based: Remote/Hybrid
- Experience in time-critical road/air and/or customs clearance or parcels/pallets and general transport
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary
- Average profit-sharing bonus of £3000
- Potential commission of £50 to £1000 per month
