About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our temporary staffing desk and delivering exceptional client and candidate service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect potential clients through sales, business development, and marketing techniques to expand our client base.
  • Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), targets, and objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate effectively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver the highest quality of client and candidate service, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate shifts on our busy temp desk and manage the out-of-hours on-call phone on a rota basis.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development is highly desirable.
  • A strong knowledge of the local healthcare market and a hunger to succeed.
  • Confident approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think outside the box and experience in a target-driven environment.
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle during working hours.

  • A competitive basic salary of £24k - £30k dependent on experience.
