  • Guide and Mentor Junior Team Members: Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Tax Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge of taxation, with expertise in handling complex tax issues and providing innovative solutions.
  • Proven Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project and staff management, with the ability to lead complex tax projects effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at senior management levels, ensuring strong communication and trust.
  • Education and Qualifications: Degree level education, along with professional qualifications such as CTA and/or ACA, or equivalent.
  • Substantial Post-Qualification Experience: Substantial post-qualification experience, showcasing a track record of success and progression within the tax field.
