About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Corporate Tax practice, you will play a vital role in providing tax advisory services to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of tax law and ensuring they are in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including tax returns, audits, and other tax-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including audit, accounting, and financial planning, to provide comprehensive services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law and regulations, and advise clients on the implications of these changes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax advice.
Requirements
  • ACA or CTA qualified, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate tax, preferably in a Big Four firm or similar.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
