Electrical Engineering Trainer Opportunity

Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for a career change? Do you want to make a difference in people's lives by training the next generation of engineers?

This well-established company has a long history in the engineering industry and a strong reputation, working alongside large companies and providing specialist training across the UK and overseas.

In this role, you will:

  1. Deliver short training courses to small groups of engineers, primarily within the local area but also across the UK.
  2. Conduct courses that vary from 1-day to 10-day sessions.
  3. Be responsible for designing new training courses.
  4. Play an important part in shaping the company's training systems.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an Electrical Engineer with:

  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • A coachable attitude and willingness to learn.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer who wants to come off the tools, help the next generation of engineers, and make a difference in other people's lives.

The Role:
  • Trainer/Instructor Role
  • Delivering short courses to small groups of engineers
  • Occasional travel involved (company car/mileage allowance provided)
