About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate/Junior IT Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Computer Science or related degree
- Knowledge in SQL or Linux or Java
- Demonstratable experience of providing support
- An outgoing vibrant personality and able to work well as part of a team
- Demonstratable problem solving and ownership skills
