We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Arborist Climber to join our team on a permanent basis. This role entails a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Role Overview

In the capacity of Lead Arborist Climber, you will oversee a dedicated team of Arborists, engaging in diverse tree management projects across both private and commercial domains.

Our operations span a variety of environments, necessitating a flexible approach as you may find yourself working in settings such as roadways, educational institutions, care facilities, woodlands, nature reserves, libraries, fire stations, and hospitals. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Leading projects from inception to completion
• Executing tree surgery and maintenance tasks
• Collaborating closely with the Team Leader to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
• Implementing control measures and traffic management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as an arborist or team leader
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 Certificate in relevant fields
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety protocols
• Familiarity with the Wildlife & Countryside Act and its associated requirements
• Valid UK driving license to fulfill travel obligations
