We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Arborist Climber to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. This role involves a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Role Overview

As the Lead Arborist Climber, you will take charge of a small team of Arborists, engaging in diverse tree care projects across both private and commercial domains.

Our operations span a wide range of environments, requiring a flexible approach as you may be involved in projects for Highways, Educational Institutions, Care Facilities, Woodlands, Nature Reserves, Libraries, Fire Stations, and Hospitals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects from inception to completion
  • Performing tree surgery and maintenance tasks
  • Collaborating closely with the Team Leader to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
  • Managing control and traffic safety measures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Arborist or Team Leader
  • City & Guilds Level 2/3 Certification in relevant fields
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety protocols
  • Familiarity with the Wildlife & Countryside Act and its requirements
  • Valid UK driving license to fulfill travel obligations
