We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Arborist Climber to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. This role involves a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Role Overview
As the Lead Arborist Climber, you will take charge of a small team of Arborists, engaging in diverse tree care projects across both private and commercial domains.
Our operations span a wide range of environments, requiring a flexible approach as you may be involved in projects for Highways, Educational Institutions, Care Facilities, Woodlands, Nature Reserves, Libraries, Fire Stations, and Hospitals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects from inception to completion
- Performing tree surgery and maintenance tasks
- Collaborating closely with the Team Leader to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
- Managing control and traffic safety measures
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an Arborist or Team Leader
- City & Guilds Level 2/3 Certification in relevant fields
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety protocols
- Familiarity with the Wildlife & Countryside Act and its requirements
- Valid UK driving license to fulfill travel obligations
