About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our team as a Senior Transactional Tax Manager. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering tax advisory projects, working closely with partners and directors to provide technical tax support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Draft and review tax advisory reports, providing clear and concise analysis and recommendations
- Provide technical tax support to team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive project success
- Develop and support the tax team, contributing to the growth and development of our tax advisory services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored tax solutions
Requirements
- Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) qualification
- Sound technical knowledge and relevant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic guidance
