About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team at The Kite Bar and Restaurant at Denham Garden Village. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers, while ensuring a high-quality food and beverage service is delivered in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Assist in managing the hospitality budget and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all licensing legislation and health & safety requirements.
  • Manage staff rotas and provide guidance on customer service standards.
Requirements
  • Personal Licence Holder or willing to obtain.
  • Understanding of the needs of older people.
  • Proficient in EPOS systems and business IT tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
