About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team at The Kite Bar and Restaurant at Denham Garden Village.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote services within the bar, restaurant, and shop.
  • Lead and develop the team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Assist in managing the hospitality budget and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all licensing legislation and health & safety requirements.
  • Manage staff rotas.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of licensing legislation.
  • Personal Licence Holder or willing to obtain.
  • Understanding of the needs of older people.
  • Proficient in EPOS systems and business IT tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
  • Budget management and cash reconciliation experience.
  • A proactive, 'can do' attitude.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience managing a restaurant and bar or similar service in the licensed trade.
  • Proven people management experience.
