Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect

Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and implement them accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Develop and lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud opportunities.
- Lead the development team responsible for implementing SFMC services, including Journey Builder and various Studios.
- Design and develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams.
- Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes to showcase solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional new business teams on new SFMC opportunities.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and 3+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, MobilePush, and Einstein.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience with writing SQL (MS SQL) and AMPscript.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration architectures.
- Experience working with client teams and consulting staff through full-lifecycle implementations and integrated solutions.
- Hands-on platform experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other SFMC products and ecosystems.
- Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated marketing programs with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion in a matrixed environment.
- Flexibility and ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
