Project Administrator

Concept Resourcing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Maintain project schedules, track assets, facilitate site communications, and ensure comprehensive project documentation and customer project reports.
  • Ensure Timely Service Visits: Monitor and ensure scheduled service visits are completed within specified time frames, maintaining accurate records of service activities.
  • Diary Management: Manage the project engineers' diary efficiently, ensuring it is updated with call details, preventative maintenance visits, engineer availability, etc.
  • Closure of Calls: Close service calls promptly and in compliance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
  • Data Management: Create and maintain master data on ERP systems, including customer addresses and assets.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange accommodations (hotels) and vehicle rentals for the project team as required.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute customer management information reports at specified intervals.
  • Schedule Maintenance: Regularly update project schedules and promptly communicate any changes to stakeholders.
