Job Summary

The College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at Brunel University London is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our Services Team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective financial administration and processing support across the College.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage financial transactions, including orders and invoices, in accordance with financial regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for finance queries, including procurement and expense claims.
  • Assist with budget reporting and forecasting for operational sub-projects.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support budget holders to remain within budget and in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Liaise with University colleagues in Finance, Procurement, Payroll, and Sales Ledger.
  • Deputise for the College Finance Officer as required.
