Job Title: Bmw Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bmw Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Solus Accident Repair Centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and providing estimates for repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage using Audatex
  • Communicate with customers to provide repair information and estimated completion times
  • Compile all relevant information and complete supporting documentation
  • Record all estimate and repair information on the Advance system
  • Monitor progress of the vehicle through the repair process
  • Negotiate estimates with Aviva Engineers when required
  • Discuss claim-related issues with Aviva Engineers
  • Identify opportunities for non-insurance related repairs
  • Conduct mobile and drive-by estimates
  • Maintain and secure allocated equipment
  • Assist other team members as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience or knowledge of working in the automotive repair industry
  • ATA Accredited
  • Customer service skills with experience of delivering high-quality service to customers
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing workflow across multiple departments
  • Valid driving licence
