Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the accounting of the Group's acquisitions under IFRS 3 Business Combinations and ensure necessary disclosure in the Group and subsidiary financial statements.
- Liaise with Administrators and external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented.
- Own and present the potential impact of acquisitions on the Frasers Group PLC financial statements to the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance to support the budgeting & forecasting process.
- Own the audit process of acquisitions, ensuring all appropriate documentation is provided to the auditors & queries answered in a timely manner.
- Review monthly Frasers Group PLC consolidation, including analysis of variances to forecast & prior year.
- Liaise with External Auditors on audit queries during the year-end audit process.
- Support the Chief Accountant with complex accounting areas, including share schemes, derivatives, and foreign subsidiaries.
- Ownership of the accounting of the Group's property valuations and impairment accounting.
- Liaise with internal and external advisors on valuations of properties to be included in the financial instruments and ensuring appropriate accounting in the Frasers Group PLC and subsidiary financial statements.
- Review forecasts and variances throughout the year in cooperation with the property team.
- Own the audit process of property accounting ensuring all appropriate documentation is provided to the auditors & queries answered in a timely manner.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, over 3 years post qualified.
- Good knowledge of FRS and IFRS.
- Highly motivated and able to meet deadlines.
- Shows resilience in the face of change, able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment where priorities are constantly changing.
