Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the accounting and financial reporting for the Group's acquisitions under IFRS 3 Business Combinations
  • Liaise with administrators and external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented
  • Own and present the potential impact of acquisitions on the Frasers Group PLC financial statements to the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance
  • Own the audit process of acquisitions, ensuring all appropriate documentation is provided to the auditors and queries answered in a timely manner
  • Review monthly Frasers Group PLC consolidation, including analysis of variances to forecast and prior year
  • Liaise with External Auditors on audit queries during the year-end audit process
  • Support the Chief Accountant with complex accounting areas, including share schemes, derivatives, and foreign subsidiaries
  • Own the accounting of the Group's property valuations and impairment accounting
  • Liaise with internal and external advisors on valuations of properties to be included in the financial instruments and ensure appropriate accounting in the Frasers Group PLC and subsidiary financial statements
  • Review forecasts and variances throughout the year in cooperation with the property team
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, with over 3 years post-qualified experience
  • Good knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS
  • Highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
  • Shows resilience in the face of change, able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment where priorities are constantly changing
