A successful multi-strategy investment firm with a strong track record is looking to add to its operations team with an experienced professional. The business has been established over a few years and has a fantastic culture. They have a close-knit team that works collaboratively across all areas.

The day-to-day aspects of this role are centered around general trade lifecycle management, corporate actions, failed trade resolution, etc. There will also be some degree of exposure to projects as they are continuously looking to refine and improve their existing infrastructure.

Being in a boutique setup and in an open-plan office, you will need to be confident in navigating different areas of the business. You'll be given every opportunity to interact and understand how the wider desks operate within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade lifecycles, including corporate actions and failed trade resolution
  • Contribute to projects aimed at refining and improving existing infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a buy-side operations role
  • Long-short equity coverage experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
