Product Support Specialist

p>Carbon60 are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join a client of ours based in the UK. This permanent position involves working for a large engineering company on one of their 200 sites across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing technical support and education to the Network on Flow Products.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with core suppliers and the Branch Network.
  • Collaborating with the Branch Support Manager to ensure best-in-class practices.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements where necessary.
This permanent position comes with a competitive salary, Monday to Friday working hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and other excellent company benefits.
