About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at ERIKS. As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Assist customers with queries and issues related to our products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of our products and services, including process valves and mechanical engineering components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
