Job Title: Teaching Fellow in Learning Development

Regent College London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Fellow in Learning Development to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and teaching materials for a range of modules and subjects.
  • Teach and facilitate learning sessions in a hybrid environment, using a range of delivery techniques to engage and inspire students.
  • Maintain attendance registers and work with the attendance team to ensure accurate student data.
  • Develop and implement teaching materials, assessments, and evaluations to support student learning.
  • Support student recruitment and marketing efforts, as required.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline.
  • Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
  • Significant experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a higher education environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
