As a Lead Play Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and supportive environment where children can thrive. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of dedicated play workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality play activities that promote holistic development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of play workers, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging play-based programs that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
  • Plan and organize interactive play sessions that encourage physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Create a safe and stimulating play space that adheres to the highest safety standards.
  • Monitor children's progress and well-being during play activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
