Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our organization's compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead External Audits: Coordinate with funding partners to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Internal Funding Audits: Perform thorough monthly audits in line with our deep dive audit strategy.
  • Prepare Audit Reports: Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance compliance.
  • Implement System Controls: Recommend and implement system controls and enhancements to funding documentation.
  • Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver training programs related to new funding paperwork and compliance processes.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Train internal staff on compliance requirements and ensure all funding and compliance paperwork is up to date.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure compliance with all relevant funding regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Operational Staff: Collaborate with operational staff, subcontractors, and external partners to drive compliance efforts.
  • Manage Ad Hoc Projects: Manage ad hoc projects as directed by the Admin & Compliance Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in funding audits, compliance, and data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of ESFA and other relevant funding rules and regulations.
  • Education: Minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths or equivalent.
