Our company is at the forefront of designing, manufacturing, and developing championship-winning vehicles, and we are now looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to work on a variety of exciting projects, including performance vehicles, motorsport, and automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing robust design methodology to all aspects of component and assembly design, ensuring they are fit for purpose and available for manufacture on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for high-performance vehicles
  • Produce creative designs on NX CAD across a variety of projects
  • Produce drawings to design office standards and to the schedule required by our clients
  • Undertake client liaison and participate in client meetings
  • Provide regular updates on project work and outputs as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within F1, Motorsport, Automotive, Marine, or similar
  • Excellent team player who can assist with other design issues when requested by the Chief Designer
  • Confident in making challenging technical decisions and developments within the industry - materials, technology, processes, software tools, etc.
