Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE experience to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on our reputation for trust and integrity.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of private and commercial clients, providing expert advice on employment law matters.
  • Assist with the development of our firm, contributing to our mission of delivering innovative and cost-effective legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results for our clients, including international businesses, small business owners, and high net-worth individuals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest employment law developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PQE experience in employment law.
  • Strong commercial law experience, particularly in shareholder disputes, drafting shareholder agreements, and terms of business.
  • Dynamic and robust individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Confident and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results.
