Employment Law Solicitor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on providing innovative and cost-effective legal advice to individuals and businesses across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private and commercial clients, providing expert employment law advice and representation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest employment law developments and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PQE in employment law, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to understand the needs of businesses and individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and managing workload.
