Salary: £12.50 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tesco Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our customers with their foreign exchange needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and provide support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient with a firm grasp of numbers
  • IT proficient with basic understanding of computer systems and ordering systems
  • Great communicator with ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Desire to succeed and make a positive impact

Interview Process:

We follow a structured interview process to ensure we find the best candidate for the role. This includes an initial screening call, online interview, and face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager.
