Site Construction Supervisor
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 annually
Employment Type: Permanent
We are looking for a proficient Site Construction Supervisor to join a leading Engineering & Maintenance organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the execution and progress of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, ensuring adherence to critical objectives related to timelines, budget, quality, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards as established by the organization. The successful candidate will have a robust background in civil and electrical disciplines, along with significant experience in site management and project execution.
Key Duties:
- Emphasize Safety, Health & Environmental considerations in all construction operations
- Lead the project HSE team to oversee HSE compliance during construction and commissioning stages
- Function as the Principal Contractor in accordance with CDM Regulations
- Identify and manage construction risks to mitigate project disruptions
- Guide the construction team to effectively meet project specifications
- Engage with essential client personnel to ensure alignment of construction plans with operational standards
- Provide support for commissioning processes
- Establish construction budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure that construction outputs meet established quality benchmarks and testing criteria
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience with EPC contracts (Civil & Construction)
- Expertise in budget oversight and financial management
- Experience in managing subcontractors
- HND/C in a relevant field
- Valid CSCS and SCO 91 certifications
- APMP certification (preferred)
- NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (preferred)
