About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of a large construction project based in Burton on Trent. As the point of reference for the workers, you will be a key person in the completion of projects within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the on-site construction process, ensuring smooth operations and timely project progression.
  2. Foster strong working relationships between all contractors to ensure effective collaboration and efficient project delivery.
  3. Participate in construction work as needed to support the team and drive project outcomes.
  4. Be accountable for the project's progress and outcomes, upholding the company's Health & Safety culture across the site.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager, with a proven track record in managing construction sites.
  2. SMSTS certification is essential.
  3. Ability to communicate clearly and report effectively, both orally and in writing.
  4. Proficient in using IT tools and software for project management and reporting.
  5. Full driver's licence required.
  6. Capable of strategic planning and forward thinking to anticipate project needs and challenges.
