Mid to Senior UI Developer Opportunity

We are partnering with an exciting Oxford Uni spin off to hire a talented UI Developer with 4 to 7+ years' experience of web development, and strong experience of leading a project from a UI Dev perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of new web interfaces from scratch using React and Next.js.
  • Collaborate closely with senior or lead UX Designers and a small team of full stack developers in a node.js, postgres, aws, typescript stack / environment.
  • Develop and maintain a design system using Figma and Storybook.
  • Mentor junior developers in React, Next.js, and design systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of web applications.
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience with React; knowledge of Next.js and Vercel preferable.
  • Experience of working with design systems; experience with Figma and Storybook would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of browser APIs including state management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a great eye for design.
