- Help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents
- Work within budget and manage stock control
- Assist in leading and motivating a team of kitchen staff
- City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification
- Experience in helping lead and inspire a team
- Good understanding of nutrition and working with fresh seasonal food
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Good understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
