Role Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of tasks, including:
- Working on a structured schedule, with shifts alternating weekly.
- Possessing a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle or equivalent experience in a dealership setting.
- Following comprehensive work instructions related to vehicle assembly and construction.
- Ensuring that all tasks are executed to meet the established quality standards.
- Completing all operations within the designated timeframes.
- Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues impacting vehicle quality, cost, or productivity.
- Maintaining regular attendance and promptly notifying supervisors of any delays or absences.
- Keeping the work environment organized and compliant with brand standards.
- Adhering to the dress code and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Fostering a safe workplace for oneself and colleagues, engaging in safety initiatives as required.
