Key Responsibilities:
- Address network and system challenges, oversee server infrastructure, and assess performance metrics
- Establish user accounts and workstations, install and configure software and hardware, manage updates, and resolve outages
- Maintain security through access controls, data backups, vulnerability assessments, and firewall management
- Develop and uphold technical documentation and IT governance policies
- Supervise and mentor one team member
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure Hybrid AD, Intune/Autopilot, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Firewalls, VMware, VPNs, VLANs, and security solutions
- Exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, problem-solving expertise, and a collaborative mindset
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to evolving situations, and think strategically
- Robust analytical skills with a dedication to quality and innovation
Work Environment: Office-based role
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
