About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Middle Office Manager I to join our LINE Middle Office team in Manchester. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Middle Office staff responsible for researching and analyzing transactions on behalf of assigned clients.
  • Handle reconciliations and inquiries, ensuring all questions are answered and issues with transactions are resolved.
  • Manage relationships with assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Oversee processes and provide guidance to the team to ensure records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure needs are being addressed by the Middle Office function.
  • Support the evaluation of new clients and determine how to allocate them against the various teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of total relevant experience in accounting, with at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
