Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Beech House. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, promoting their well-being, and supporting their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Strong Relationships
Build trusting relationships with residents, their families, and our care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Plan and Deliver CareDevelop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
Lead by ExampleModel excellent care practices, promote a positive work environment, and support the development of our care team.
Manage Care DeliveryOversee the care of allocated residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
Requirements
- Current Registration
Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Hours and PayWork 24 hours per week as part of a duty rota, with competitive hourly rates and additional enhancements for weekend and bank holiday shifts.
