We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd in Glasgow. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare and compile reports and paperwork for clients
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Update and maintain internal folders and systems
- Process and manage client information and data
- Assist with the management of service streams and client portals
- Previous experience in a purchase administration role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
