Job Title: Document Controller

Job Summary:

ENG Bauen is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing project-related documentation, ensuring that all documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute project-related documentation to the internal team
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Maintain company reputation in all dealings with the public and stakeholders
  • Work in accordance with company procedures and guidelines
  • Distribute drawing transmittals and submittals to clients
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Document Controller for EPC/Engineering companies
  • Previous experience with document management systems, including document issuance and document archive activities
  • Exceptional administration and organizational skills for document storage and upkeep of the document register
  • Experience with Omega PIMS Document Control Module or similar document control software would be an advantage
  • Experience expediting vendor documentation would be an advantage
