Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to provide support to our advisers and deliver a professional, compliant, effective telephone and administration-based service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with clients and relevant third parties to ensure a positive and efficient advice journey experience.
  • Work with product providers to obtain accurate policy information for valuation and annual review production.
  • Maintain internal systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of client data and compliance with company policy and procedures.
  • Submit and maintain client file documents in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Research providers and funds using in-house models and proposition guidance.
  • Support and process new business and Life Cover quotations as required.
  • Manage the underwriting process and execute trades as instructed by partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant IFA administration experience in an independent environment.
  • Confident communication with high-net-worth private clients and financial institutions.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
