Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an effective pension administration service to clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to SLAs.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including trustees and senior scheme members, providing advice and guidance as needed.
  • Assist the Administration Manager in prioritizing the day-to-day workload and ensuring the team runs smoothly.
  • Perform complex pension tasks, such as calculations and scheme project work, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Contribute to process and procedural change, providing input and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes, with the ability to perform complex calculations.
  • Strong numeracy, communication, and organization skills, with a minimum of 3 years' technical experience in a Third Party or In-House background.
