Job Title: HGV Mechanic

Regional Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our client's team in Langley mill. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our client's bus fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough safety checks and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in equipment installations and upgrades as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on all bus vehicles.
  • Ensure that all vehicles worked on are handled carefully and that precautions are taken whilst in the workshop and/or custom.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HGV maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
