The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert parts advice to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Handle all enquiries, orders, and queries with professionalism and speed, ensuring exceptional service.
- Participate in stock control and manage the computer input of parts and goods from various agricultural brands.
- Inspect and receive deliveries of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and storing items in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
As an Agricultural Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice on agricultural parts to customers.
- Handling customer enquiries, orders, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Participating in stock control and managing the computer input of parts and goods.
- Inspecting and receiving deliveries of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and storing items in excellent condition.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of agricultural parts or equivalent experience in related fields.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in data entry.
- Experience working under challenging deadlines.
- Computer literacy and a valid UK driving license.
