ABOUT THE ROLE
In light of their continued success, they are seeking an Italian Speaking Event Coordinator to manage one of their flagship cosmetic exhibitions held annually in Italy. Reporting to the Event Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the event. Fluency in both written and spoken Italian is essential due to the event's location in an Italian-speaking region.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Coordinating with venues
- Overseeing event logistics
- Managing supplier contracts
- Assisting in the creation of promotional materials, such as newsletters and copywriting
- Maintaining the event website, including program updates
- Collaborating with internal teams to clarify event objectives and proposals
- Responding to all exhibitor inquiries
- Organizing logistical needs
- Delivering onsite event management
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Applicants should possess relevant experience from a fast-paced events environment and demonstrate a solid track record of supporting various events. A positive, proactive attitude and the ambition to thrive in a company that values employee development and promotes from within are essential.
Fluency in both written and spoken Italian is a requirement.
