Leisure Operations Team Leader

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leisure Operations Team Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure clubs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the poolside and gym floor operations to ensure a high level of member satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of fitness fanatics to deliver exceptional customer service and seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
