Threat Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Threat Management Analyst to join our Global Security team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a Threat Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of threat management programs across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Program Support: Provide support for other Global Security partners, including the development of best practice documents and standard response protocols.
- Case Management: Support the development of case management systems, including data entry, case management system input, and process updates for Threat Management workflow.
- Supplemental Threat Assessments: Conduct supplemental threat assessments in support of Threat Managers.
- Liaison Support: Serve as liaison support for cross-functional partners, including providing regular updates on all cases.
- Data Integrity: Support data integrity, case metrics, and trends analysis.
- Experience: Previous experience in a threat management, law enforcement, intelligence analysis, victim support, and/or corporate security role.
- Skills: High levels of integrity, professionalism, courage, and compassion, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Education: Comprehensive computer literacy with a solid working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Confidentiality: Experience of handling confidential, personal, and sensitive information.
- Risk Management: Experience with risk and controls, data privacy programs, process improvement.
- Decision Making: Ability to think quickly and make decisions while under pressure.
