We are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Class 2 Versatile Technician to join our esteemed client, where you will report directly to the Depot Manager.

This position offers a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, totaling 40 hours per week, with the possibility of regular overtime during evenings and weekends, as well as call-out bonuses. You will be required to participate in a shared on-call rota with your team.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating Company vehicles for which you hold the necessary qualifications.
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections before commencing any tasks.
  • Promptly reporting any vehicle issues to your supervisor.
  • Ensuring that all loading and unloading of products and materials is performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintaining the security of all Company vehicles and equipment.
  • Carrying out work in accordance with health and safety standards, including adherence to provided RAMS documentation.
  • Cleaning all machinery and equipment after job completion.
  • Engaging with customers on-site to discuss ongoing projects and additional services offered by the Company.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork related to your work and submitting it promptly to divisional supervision.
  • Collaborating with supervision regarding all tasks and suggesting potential improvements.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A valid Class 2 Driving Licence.
  • Experience in groundwork, labouring, or drainage.
  • A readiness to adapt to a dynamic work environment, particularly in emergency situations.
  • A willingness to pursue further training to enhance the division's service capabilities.
  • The right to work in the UK.
