We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier retailers and manufacturers in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing and retail sectors.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partnership Managers, ensuring target achievement and outstanding client service.
- Account Growth & Retention: Identify growth opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) for seamless service delivery.
- 3+ years in a senior account management role, particularly in FMCG manufacturing.
- Retail account management experience is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
