Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Survival Equipment Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all Survival Equipment Maintenance activities for the Hawk Advanced Jet Trainer at RAF Valley.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Fitter position within a related engineering environment, with a strong understanding of general and specialist engineering knowledge and understanding to apply existing and emerging technology. They will also have working knowledge and use of IT Operating Systems (MS Office Suite) and the Internet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all Survival Equipment Maintenance activities for the Hawk Advanced Jet Trainer
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Fitter position within a related engineering environment
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant area
  • Strong understanding of general and specialist engineering knowledge and understanding to apply existing and emerging technology
  • Working knowledge and use of IT Operating Systems (MS Office Suite) and the Internet
