Job Summary:

MBA is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the MECM and SCOM environments, managing Windows Servers, and maintaining enterprise technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the MECM environment, handling daily platform support tasks, routine maintenance, and resolving incidents, requests, and issues.
  • Oversee the SCOM environment, including responding to incidents and requests and assisting stakeholders with alert management and tuning.
  • Manage Windows Servers at an enterprise level, including maintaining server health, addressing security vulnerabilities, and handling requests and incidents.
  • Maintain and manage DNS and DHCP solutions, certificates, and other enterprise technical infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational technical infrastructure support.
  • Demonstrate extensive technical expertise and knowledge in Microsoft MECM, Microsoft SCOM, Windows Server Management, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, certificate management, and network infrastructure services.
