Job Summary:

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing planning services for proposals and projects, ensuring company best practices and protocols are adhered to, and leading meetings and forums for planning staff within the specific division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement planning strategies to enhance project performance and consistency across the business unit and wider planning community.
  • Review projects that have deviated from plan and provide advice on original plan and strategy, subsequent cause and effect, and contribute to decisions as to the best way forward.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain planning standards that become a key strategic advantage to the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ASTA and a degree in a relevant field.
  • Tier 1 main contractor experience, with a proven track record of working on commercial, life science, education, pharma, labs, new build, cut & carve, or refurb schemes.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
