Key Responsibilities- Act as a professional advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on NEC4 contracts and commercial matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, leveraging your technical expertise and commercial acumen.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and NEC4 contract updates, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Education to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Working towards professional accreditation, such as RICS, CIPS, APM, or ICE.
- Experience with NEC3/4 contracts, with a developing contractual awareness and experience of change provisions.
- Commercial awareness and skills in project commercial reporting, including forecasting, CVRs, and subcontract management.
- Experience working in the process, energy, engineering, and/or infrastructure sectors.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
